What we collect
- Order information: email address and product selection when you place an order.
- Lead information: name, company, email, message, and quiz result when you submit a request or quiz form.
- Analysis data: candidate/employee data you upload for analysis. We process it only to produce the requested analysis.
- Product analytics: page paths, approved UTM values, and a normalized referrer path for measurement. Query-string tokens are discarded before storage.
How we use data
- Order data: to deliver products and confirm payments.
- Lead data: to respond to requests and understand which product questions need clarification. We do not sell lead data or send it to an email provider.
- Analysis data: only to compute the statistics you requested. We do not use it for AI training, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as required to operate (hosting) or by law.
- Analytics: to measure page reach, referrers, and product funnel performance. Daily counts are capped to limit arbitrary-cardinality collection.
Where data is processed
The hosted analysis environment is operated in the United States. Sensitive analysis requests use the configured non-PRC provider route. The local CSV fulfillment tool does not call an external API. Submit only sanitized, aggregate files; do not submit buyer names, phone numbers, addresses, government IDs, or bank details.
Retention
Analysis data is retained no longer than 36 months after delivery, then deleted. Lead and analytics files are retained in the operations data directory only as long as needed for response and measurement and are manually deleted when no longer needed. Order records are kept for accounting purposes per applicable law.
